职位描述：
Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for design feasibility study and product design of development phase , provide relevant feasibility analysis report and 3D data/2D section as per customer input and requirement
Job contents:
- Data management Upload working data to relevant folder and PLM system:
- Data Analysis Feasibility study base on customer input and CT best practice & Lessons Learnt;
- 2D Layout Show the clips/location/strengthen rib etc with section in 2D concept;
- PDCA Recode every open issue/action plan and customer feedback;
- DFMEA Set up by customer input, PDCA and Lessons Learnt;
- KC list Set up by customer input;
- 3D Model Create 3D model according to 2D layout and customer design input, part line and mold die draw need in the 3D;
- Check Cross check against CT design list, make sure all gap/rib thickness/error proofing/amount of overlap/draft angel etc to PPT.
- 2D Drawing Create 2D drawing include GD&T information and KC list;
- Design Maturation Improve the design for production during the program lifecycle, troubleshooting during the development phase;

Requirements
- College or above, major in vehicle engineering & machinery design is preferred;
- At least 4 years plastic product design experience, having automotive vent design experience is preferred and toy movement mechanism design experience is also considerable;
- Work independent, familiar with plastic product feature, mechanism movement, plastic mould;
- Be skilled at using UG, CATIA etc. engineering software;
- Serious and responsible to job, follow the arrange of the leader, finish the work on time and guarantee the quality.
- Teamwork spirit, good communication, coordination ability, and can work under pressure.
- Workflow, form and position tolerance, dimension chain, DFMEA etc. trained is preferred;
