JOB DUTIES/工作职责：
? Negotiate, implement, document and audit supplier contracts.
? Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance taking appropriate action as necessary.
? Identify and implement cost down opportunities.
? Reduce inventory and apply Just-In-Time philosophy in line with business objectives.
? Work closely with engineering and production to ensure product/material suitability.
? Coordinate new project launch in purchasing area, including specification setup, quote and cost analysis, supplier and material sourcing, sample qualification.

SKILLS REQUIRED/技能要求：
? Knowledge of electronics or mechanics or subcontractor management, including understanding specifications.
? strong & effective negotiation
? experience in delivery & inventory management.
? communication and relationship building skills
? Understands key internal/ external business issues and best practice in own discipline area.
? Good organizational skills, able to priorities, evidence of track record of working on own initiative and achieving regular/routine tasks on time.

? English communication, including speaking, listening, reading and writing.
