1、有责任心，解答客户的疑问，介绍产品，促成订单成交。

2、及时、有效、妥善处理各种问题，做好售前售中售后相关工作。

3、处理日常订单及跟踪服务，挖掘客户需求，刺激二次购买。

4、完善客户资料，做客户回访。

任职资格:

1、初中专或以上学历。有天猫客服经验者优先

2、打字速度快，可同时与多人进行网上交流。

3、具备较好的沟通能力，善于交流，有亲和力，有良好的服务意识；有耐心，细心，有责任心

二、待遇:

1.包住不包吃，提出宝贵意见或见解有奖励。底薪+提成，月工资4000-8000。提成不上限。

2.一周休1天 , 节假日放假，重大传统节日有福利，过年放假,享有年终奖金
