职位描述：
Summary: The Systems Engineer III position will design and implement systems and their integrations according to Laird’s business requirements. Key areas of scope for this position are: Systems OS (Windows Server 2008, 2016) support, email support (MS Exchange Online), Active Directory Support, database support (MSSQL), SAN/DAS Support, Data Protection system support, and overall operations of physical and virtual (VMware) servers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Systems performance and functional operations.
-Design and Implementation of systems
-Powershell and scripting to support Windows and O365 infrastructure
-Resolve tier 3 Helpdesk tickets as escalated from Tier 2 Operations
-Monitor and maintain the data storage environments (SAN, DAS).
-Maintain knowledge of emerging systems trends.
-Ensure that systems meet industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS
-Experience supporting IT needs of a manufacturing environment.
-Advanced knowledge of O365
-English communication skills.
-Experience in System Engineering including managing multi-site Active Directory environments, Windows Servers, Exchange Online, IIS, MSSQL, and Microsoft Operations Manager.
-Experience in the creation, maintenance, and testing of business resumption and DR plans.
-Experience with Storage Area Networks (NetApp) and DAS.
-Ability to lead project teams and deliver results against milestones and deliverables.
-Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
-Able to work successfully in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment and effectively multi-task priorities in a team-oriented environment.
