职位描述：
1. To lead a team of QA engineers and collaborate closely with factories, other departments, overseas offices to achieve the company’s quality objectives
2. To collect, compile and analyze statistical quality data
3. To plan, conduct and validate quality processes, implement measures to improve product quality,
4. To investigate all customer complaints and all non-conformance issues, prevent recurring quality issues and identify area of improvement
5. To conduct and document internal and external audits, mainly within China and occasionally to overseas plants/offices in UK, US, Japan and Asia
职位要求
1. An Engineering Degree
2. Fluent in English both oral and written
3. Min. 5 years experiences in similar role
4. Quality Management Representative (QMR) in ISO
5. Preferably with strong technical knowledge in Fibre Optics and Copper products, connectivity and assemblies and well versed in international standards GR, IEC etc
6. Meticulous in analyzing data, conduct investigation, pin point root cause, generate report, implement corrective actions till closure
7. Problem solving skills, good judgement and actions implementer
8. Travelling is required. Mainly within China and occasionally to overseas plants/offices in UK, US, Japan and Asia 举报 分享
