Responsibility:

1. Grow the surface system business on shore and offshore excluding subsea equipments.

2. Market study and research to catch the market information and opportunities.

3. Follow up potential project.

4. Manage the agents and partners to create more chance to win orders.

5. establish and maintain relationship with customers and provide necessary support to customers both in technically and commercially

6. analyze market and competitors to get proper market information

7. Ensure smooth flow of communications, technically and commercially, between Surface systems and key Surface customers

8. Present surface equipments to customers

9. Visit the customer and well site , and performance the onsite equipment inspection and acceptance, participate with the onsite equipment commissioning

10. Follow up the operation state of the equipment and remind the customer to maintain or purchase the necessary spares

11. To keep and increase the profit and market share.

12. Application support

13. After sales support and troubleshooting with clients

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or drilling engineering or equivalent

2. Min. 5 years experience in the Exploration & Production upstream industry or related branches. working experiences in wellhead and tree or gate valve and flow control equipment will be preferred.

3. Proven sales record in the oil & gas industry

4. Good knowledge of wellhead/Christmas tree/drilling equipment

5. Good interpersonal skills

6. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare reports and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients/customers

7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

8. General knowledge of ISO and HSSE
