Job Responsibilities：
1. GL booking and closing:
1) Prepare and input routine GL entries, input non-routine GL entries with business' approval and valid supporting documents, and ensure all the bookings are accurate and timely.
2) Perform monthly and yearly closing for responsible legal entities, strictly follow up closing for responsible legal entities, strictly follow up closing schedule, address and follow up closing issues, ensure timely closing and deliver accurate financial statement in line with both group and statutory requirements.
2. Analysis and reporting:
1) Prepare responsible legal entities' balance sheet analysis according to internal standards and deadline; monitor the aging of pending issues and ensure all identified issues are followed according to standards within reasonable timeline.
2) Prepare montly, quarterly and yearly internal/external financial reporting package, local statistics report for responsible legal entities and ad-hoc report for responisble legal entities and ad-hoc reports as required according to pre-defined schedule. Timely feedback to inquiries from HQ and local authorities.
3. Related process effectiveness and efficiency improvement:
1) Update all current daily/closing job SOP and checklist to the latest version to ensure smooth handover during any changes.
2) Assist to build up/assess internal procedures, support enhancement on internal process/projects to current business situation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Project paricipation:
1) Participate in CFS/Warehouse stock take, monitor the stock count process to be complied with company policy, get the explainable stock count report and other required documents, and address issues & propose solution to the project leader in time.
2) SAP project participation as required.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Governmental Accounting Qualification.
3. At least 3 years' experience in GL position, preferably with MNC with different brands.
4. Good verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English.
5. Sound Knowledge in PRC GAAP and IFRS.
6. SAP experience is required, JDE experience is a plus.
7. Good MS office skills, including Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
8. Independent, self-motivate, detail/result oriented and hardworking.
