职位描述
Responsible for the implementation of strategic and tactical global logistics solutions for all lines of business and all business segments achieving service level requirements and protecting the brand while reducing overall transportation costs. Responsibilities include oversight of all daily operational execution of product flow shipping from Asian suppliers destined to all sites. In addition to managing the day-to-day operational flow of product, this position will manage transportation optimization lowering overall costs while meeting customer service policy commitments. Responsible for day-to-day supply chain partner performance. Administrate all systems manuals and operating guidelines for service provider's in-country. RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage all global product flow out of Asia to all destinations that meets customer service requirements at lowest possible cost.
? Manage all shipments from vendor cancel date, delivery compliance, and foreign port consolidation to vessel loading.
? Ensure maximum optimization of all loads shipping from Asia.
? Manage efficient product flow strategies via exceptions management.
? Resolve all exceptions and shipment discrepancies
? Manage shipment expedites based on product demand.
? Manage shipment decisions by fully leveraging ORACLE TMS optimization shipment planning technology and that support logistics spend reduction goals.
? Manage relationship with Asian 3PL's ensuring delivery of customer service and maximum efficiency.
? Administer System Manuals and Operating Guidelines.
? Manage logistics projects in-country: define, create and implement projects as identified in business plan. Define business needs, negotiation strategy, supply chain partner RFP approval,
? Manage implementation/execution of supplier freight terms conversions to X-Factory shipment pick-up program
? Partner with suppliers communicating logistics guidelines and requirements.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS USED IN POSITION:
? 5 years minimum of Transportation/Logistics related responsibility
? Experience managing logistics operations.
? Ability to implement global strategies to improve service, quality and cost of logistics across all lines of business, across all sites.
? Excellent guest/customer focus.
? Great change management and collaboration skills.
? Excellent relationship skills with ability to work in a global, multi-functional environment with all levels of stakeholders, from Executives to Subject Matter Experts.
? Demonstrated verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills.
? Knowledge of optimization methodology.
? Critical thinking & problem solving to assess logistics opportunities and provide actionable outcome based solutions.
? Good project management skills.
? Great negotiation skills.
? English and Mandarin
? Desired-Bachelors Degree or equivalent
? Logistics Management certification a plus
