职位描述：

任职要求:

1.Degree in Electronic/ Electrical / or equivalent;
2.Minimum 8 years related working exerience, solid experience for motor driver / controller circuits design;
3.Fluent in English reading /writing and can do basic English Oral communication(fluent oral is plus);
4.Practical skills in Electronic circuit / BLDC and SRM motor driver circuit / power electronic circuit design, MCU application and firmware design;
5.Practical skills in MCU C & ASM language programming;
6.Practical skills in Protel or PADS PCB Design Software.

岗位职责:

1.Handle the design for motor controller and electronics circuit;
2.Define produce scheme and testing specification;
3.Provide technical advise and support;
4.Implement and execute action plan from departmental manager;
5.Lead and direct corresponding engineering staff to achieve departmental target;
6.Review implemented progress, plan to meet project team schedule;
7.Co-ordinate other sections or departments to resolve all project related problems;
8.Assist departmental manager to train and develop staff in product knowledge;
9.Maintain discipline control to corresponding staff.

深圳或关内方向：
从福永汽车站可乘坐M413路公交, 至“沙井万佳百货”站下车, 转乘“机场5路”或M284路公交, 到“马鞍山南”站下车，步行十分钟可达；
乘地铁罗宝线到“机场东”站，出站转乘“机场5路”或M291至“马鞍山南”下车，过天桥后步行十分钟可达；

沙井镇内，乘坐M253或B716直达“捷和电机”站下车，步行可达。
