JOB DESCRIPTION
Review and update Compensation and benefits policy and procedure according to ST corporate guide and local law and regulation;
Conduct compensation and benefits market survey and trend analysis, provide constructive salary proposals for top management
Study salary structure and put forward annual salary policy to regional and corporate HR, including merit review, promotion and special adjustment etc.
Hand job evaluation and prepare salary proposal for new hire, internal transfer;
Follow up HR compliance issues and audits internal and external;
Generate HR report, such as labor cost report to regional HR or corporate HR;
Provide personnel service for all expatriates and local staff;
Other tasks from HR manager

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree or above
- > =2 year C&B working experience in sizable multi-national manufacturing plant and as a supervisor level, less experienced candidate can apply supervisor position..
- Knowledge and skill of HR information system, such as People First and SAP is preference
- Fluent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills
- Very familiar with Chinese labor law regulations, HR practice etc
- Open-minded, team-work spirit
