Innovation & Quality driven Consumer Electronics and PC accessory manufacturer for iLuv seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager for the Hong Kong and China market to join our Sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and increasing sales using existing partners and to develop new distribution channels. The Sales & Marketing Manager must be a real warrior determined to succeed and to directly achieve all their sales goals and business development.
Responsibilities:
+Manage and grow all sales channels within your responsibility, including distributors, retailers and any other partners; increase the depth of each channel significantly. Manage all distributors within your responsibility.
+ Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to ensure distribution partners and retailers all work together to achieve the company's strategy.
+ Interface with all levels of management, as well as effectively conduct presentations to both customers and management.
+ Forecast, analyze, and implement of all sales and marketing efforts, as well as all channel demand forecasts.
+ Any other sales related tasks assigned.
Requirements:
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Minimum of 5 years of direct account sales and experience in the consumer electronics field, especially to the top retailers.
+ Track record of consistently meeting all sales goals in the consumer electronics and accessories markets.
+ Experience in distribution of consumer electronics to channels
+ Solid relationships with major CE buyers preferred.
+ Experience in managing, developing and managing direct sales channels
+ Travel is expected.
