Manager of Product Development



AA) University graduated, fluent English, computer literature, hardworking, very strong sense of responsibilities.
A) 10+ yrs. experience in a Product/Project Management role in consumer electronics, computer peripherals
& accessories, audio & videos products, specifically docking systems.
B) Developing the full product life cycle, product development-plan and financial goals while conducting price
negotiations.
C) Working closely and frequently interfacing with our office in New York, USA, Procurement, Design,
Engineering, QA, Operational teams, and Upper Management in order to execute product development as
necessary.
D) Presenting and clearly communicating product strategies for key features and design effects.
E) Collaborating with the business, CS experience, and engineering teams during Product Discovery to assess value,
usability, and possibility of product features.
F) Managing vendor relationships, identifying necessary and desirable third-party features, evaluating and selecting
vendors and negotiating agreements.
G) Managing third-party dependencies and securing necessary engagement / resource alignments for the creation of
the co-developed product features.
H) Engaging frequently with engineering and project management during Product Implementation.
I) Working closely with the Director of the Creative Dept. to launch products and ensure their execution.
J) Coordinating testing after release of a new product to validate that the product works as designed and address
deficiencies as necessary.
K) Manage the development of training materials and manuals for new product features, support business users and
utilize customer comments and needs into creating a better product experience.
L) Self-motivated, Goal-driven, Results and Detail-oriented; English skills required.
M) Diligent with a strong work-ethic; uncompromising loyalty needed
N) Ability to develop strong partnerships and build consensus; equally capable at working independently
O) Professional presentation and strong communication skills a must
P) Must be very organized and have exemplary time management skills
Q) Must have critical problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and creativity
R) Experience working with Asian suppliers and strong negotiation skills are preferred.
S) Business trips to our US branch office and Manufacturers often required.
