职位描述：
职位描述：
1、协助生产提升效率，维护现场标准；
2、负责工厂数据分析和监控；
3、负责工厂设施布局规划；
4、参与模版制作和工装夹具的制作；
5、对于生产现场出现的瓶劲工序进行优化，以提高产线平衡率；
6、对现场不合理的人员、工序排布予以纠正，降低生产现场的无谓走动、搬运浪费。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，工业工程相关专业毕业；
2、3年以上大型服装企业的IE工作经验；
3、熟悉成衣（西装、衬衣、休闲外套等）的工艺流程；
4、熟练使用IE工具。
