职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Develop business opportunities with Cargo forwarders
• Generating maximum cargo sales in order to meet or exceed the set revenue/tonnage target for stations
• Maintain business relationship with customers, such as cargo agent, interlines, and customs through regular visits
• Perform cargo reservations
• Prepare cargo load planning
• Handle sales reports
• Process cargo documents
• Provide customer services i.e. track and trace
• Answer enquiries from both internal and external
• Coordinate with local government authority to ensure that cargo movement and documentation in order
• Coordinate the cargo service activities between sales, traffic and ground handling in order to ensure efficient handling shipments
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing materials

Qualification Requirement:

• 2 years experience in cargo airline/cargo agent with knowledge of cargo services, reservations, sales and load planning
• Fluent English in both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Good business acumen, numerate and target-oriented
• Pleasant and out-going personality
• Can work independently with confidence
• Computer Skills, knowledge of MS Office
