职位描述：
Skip Hop is a modern, growing lifestyle brand for infants and parents, with worldwide reach and offices in New York, Shenzhen and UK.

Responsibility:
1. Create and execute internal quality development plans, continuously improving the quality process and accountability.
2. Actively involved in new projects, working closely with production and engineering to improve efficiency and outcomes.
3. Optimize QA systems, from inspection of incoming materials to finished goods production.
4. Ensure Suppliers understand and comply with quality procedures, and monitor performance using site visits and quantitative measures
5. Lead Suppliers toward self-driven QA systems and performance tracking and improvement, including Traceability of materials and components.
6. Coordinate and optimize Suppliers’ field services
7. Make preventative action plans for frequent quality problems, and drive root cause analysis and corrective / preventive measures.
8. Coordinate the monitoring and management of customer complaints.
9. Identify emerging issues and anticipate possible risks; develop strategy to mitigate risk to acceptable level.

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years in a QA Engineering position
2. Strong English skills, written and oral
3. Experience in Infant products and/or Toys a big plus
4. Experience with both softlines and hardlines a big plus
