职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Build up and maintain the relationships with automotive Tier1's and/or car OEM's and manage the relationship at all customer organizational levels.
- Identify new business opportunities through frequent customer visits and follow-up to maximize both customers' and ST's success.
- Commercial and technical project support throughout the entire project development phase – from project identification to design win.
- Provide customer demand forecasts and negotiate annual contracts.
- Provide an annual sales plan and commit to it.
- Work together with marketing, engineering and division to complete ST products development and debug at customers.
- Organize customers’ events and support trade-shows to promote ST brand.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductors or automotive electronics industry
- Automotive system knowledge & technical background are preferred
- A track record of proven success in automotive positions, with demonstrated results in achieving design wins and revenue growth 举报 分享
