职位描述：
Responsibilities

· Manage the print production process and work hand-in-hand with client Process Leaders
· 管理印刷生产流程，并与流程管理人员共同工作
· Training to be provided to newly joined staff in client, on PPM perimeters of work.
· 对于新加入团队的员工提供关于工作职责的培训
· Technical knowledge to be provided during the process of design/production work
· 在设计生产过程中，提供技术支持
· Identify issues to the Process Leader or related person and suggest options to avoid delay on timeline.
· 与流程管理或相关人员确定问题，并提供解决方案，避免延迟。
· Aggressively resolve issues and strive to identify root causes so they do not recur.
· 努力解决问题，并找出问题根源，避免问题再次发生。
· To assist client on the disciplinary with supply chain (ie) printers; design studios; various departments within client, to apply the artwork processes.
· 帮助客户管理供应链，包括印刷厂，设计工作室，客户内部部门并应用在完稿流程中。
· To act as a bridge between client and Schawk production plant. To communicate with CSRs to ensure smooth transition of colour separation workflow
· 在客户与schawk生产中心之间建立联系。与客户服务代表保持联系，并确保分色流程的平稳过渡。
· Provides advice and suggestions proactively to all parties to avoid any potential issues in building new design templates and developing packaging art.

· Understand and increase technical knowledge in pre press.
· 理解及增加印前技术知识。
· To work with client on monthly report – 2 months forecast submission
· 与客户共同制作月报-提前2月预报
· Provide monthly PPM value matrix sheet. (by last week of the month)
· 提供本职位需提交的报表（每月最后一周）

Requirements
· Degree holder
· 本科及以上学历
· At least 3 Year's of relevant experience in the related fields (ie) Design, Artwork, Pre-Press or Printing
· 至少三年以上相关工作经验（如设计、完稿、印前或印刷专业）
· Good communication skills both written and oral In English and Chinese Language
· 良好的英语及中文书面口语沟通能力
· Able to provide professional and proactive action
