职位描述：

Position Name: Assistant Manager Dealer Facility Supply Management

Division: Sales Channel Development

Location: Beijing

Key Responsibility:

• To support the new dealer roll out in respect issues related to OCS/ ICS ordering, ensuring the timely delivery and payment by investors


• The localization of OCS,ICS, furniture, shop system, tile, etc. elements to be further developed


• Local suppliers need to be searched, evaluated and selected, price negotiations need to be conducted and quality standards to be ensured


• Overviews the implementation/interpretation of the CI Program by issue the CI facility catalogue, Constant contacts with dealers, suppliers and project managers


• Development/ implementation and monitoring of quality check system


• CI facility products quality monitoring and claims solve


• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or above


• 4-6 Years’ Experience with Purchasing Department


• 1-3 Years Background in Manufacturer (e.g. furniture)


• Knowledge of Purchasing processes


• Knowledge of Quality control


• Skills with supplier management


• Skills with Project management


• Competency of Interior design (optional)


• Proficient English, German would be an advantage
