Job scope:
This role will be responsible for IBM server product integration test, deliver test plan/test case/test results with high quality. Lead team deliver and help team deliver improved product to field continually. He/She should has good project management sens and strong software test skill and acceptable H/W knowledge, should be a good team player.

Job Requirement:
1.Responsible for test environment and equipment setup and maintenance;
2.Responsible for developing and improving test processes for both new and existing products or technologies;
3.Responsible for providing necessary engineering technical support to the verification and disposal of on-line incompliant products;
4.Promptly solve technical issues during production to ensure proper production operation;
5.Responsible for completing documentation of projects and processes, specification requirements, from testing perspective;
6.Responsible for TA testing related technical skill training.

Required:
1.At least 2 year software programming experience. Skillful at C/C++. Python, ASP.net and SQL programming are preferred.
2.Ability to manage multiple/complex task under pressure.
3.Fluent verbal in English.

5.Self motivated and proactive,good interpersonal skill.
