Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

DIMENSIONS

a) To act as a team leader to organize the daily blending operation according to supervisor's

instruction including contractor arrangement.

b) Unloading bulk raw materials safely and properly.

c) Blending products with good quality and keep high productivity day to day, issue the daily

blending report.

d) Good housekeeping in the workshop

e) Assisting the maintenance team to ensure all machine/equipment in good condition.

f) Inventory drum additives monthly.

g) Take a active role in implementing lean manufacturing.

h) Help line manager to improve process and efficiency continuously.

KEY TASKS

a) To ensure base oils and additives are unloaded to the relevant tank safely and properly by executing base oils & additives receiving procedures, no matter by ship or road tanker.

b) To ensure pigging execution as per blending & terminal supervisors instruction and procedures.

c) To run operation of hot oil unit, air compressor properly.

d) To organize blending operation as per Blending Instruction.

e) To co-ordinate with filling personnel for semi-product transferring.

f) To carry out preventive maintenance in order to minimize downtime.

g) To ensure the white collar environment is maintained by carrying-out good housekeeping practice.

h) To ensure working in a safe environment by carrying-out or following HSSE procedures.

i) To ensure all ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 procedures are followed.

j) To work as a team leader and always keep on learning so as to increase efficiency and productivity.

k) To Help line manager to improve process and efficiency continuously by carry out lean manufacturing projects.

Requirements:

Technical institute or at least high school graduated

The job holder has the multi-skill capability of running pigging system, heating oven, heating boiler, air compressor, blender and PLC.

have basic knowledge of chemical, engineering and basic English.
