职位描述：

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the Site Capacity Study and Planning, make sure the capacity to meet customer demand and ramp up plan.
2. Lead the site process and efficiency improvement, head count plan and schedule.
3. Overall production layout planning and improvement, line balancing and optimization.
4. Analyse equipment/tooling availability vs. build plan requirement, recommend action plans to mitigate constraints, ensure equipment/tooling capacity are not a limited to support business demand
5. Provide justification and obtain the approval for additional capital expenditure to support additional equipment/tooling purchase request.
6. Follow-up on order delivery and drive set-up schedule.
7. Lead lean activities continuously across the company.

REQUIREMENT:

1. More than five years' experience with bachelor degree or above in IE
2. Fully understand EMS Manufacturing process.
3. Familiar Capacity planning, Headcount plan and Space utilization.
4. Thorough understanding and application experience of the principles and techniques of Lean, including but not limited to VSM, Pull, Flow, SMED, Shop floor management;
5. Good English communication skill is required, familiar with AutoCAD.
