职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Regular Duties / Responsibilities:
1.Perform pattern test for base station antenna.
2.Propose and apply Satimo chamber software improvements and editing( export data, report, morpheus and related).
3.Make sure the Satimo chamber hardware is properly maintainde in order to guarantee its stability.
4.Stay in close contact with the Satimo head office and the other company antenna test teams
5.Able to make a root cause analysis of any problem related to Satimo pattern test system and to propose corrective actions.
6.Communicate and chanllenge vendor for Satimo system performance improvement.
7.Lead new product pattern test methodology study, lead current methodology improve activity.
8.Communicate with the CTO for all metrology improvements (Active antennas, Massive-MIMO, 3GPP standard evolution, …)

QUALIFICATIONS :
1.Educational Required : Master Degree in wireless Communication or related engineering.
2.Experiences Required : At least 3 years’ experience in antenna pattern test experience, preferably in a lead position.
3.Other Requirement : Good spoken and written in English. Good communicator.

COMPETENCY:
1.Strong technical knowledge on RF and base station antenna testing, both practical and theoretical.
2.Familiar with inetrnational standards (BASTA, …)
3.Good experience on near-field chamber antenna testing
4.Able to edit some function of pattern related software, like data exporting, pattern report , morpheus related software.
5.Familiar with satimo hardware will be appreciatred. . 举报 分享
