Responsibilities:



* Liaison with Germany to handle the customer complaints

* Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and/or preventive action for product complaints

* Follow-up the corrective and/or preventive actions

* Inspection and analyze of pilot run production samples

* Responsible for continuous improvement of quality management at suppliers



Requirements:



* Bachelor degree in electronic or mechanical engineering;

* At least 3 years' work experience as quality engineer or project engineer in electronic industry or testing company, experience in handling customer complaints will be preferred;

* Willing to travel frequently;

* Fluent English in written and spoken;

* Analytical way of thinking.
