职位描述
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales Operations Team, ensuring it delivers a high degree of service to support Sales and Customer Support departments, en enabling those teams to achieve their KPI's and performance objectives.
Your responsibilities, but not limited to:
Managing business projects & process improvement initiatives - delivering efficiencies to improve sales effectiveness and productivity
Develop and implement systems, processes and structures across the entire sales effort in order to assist in the creation and development of a top performing sales organization
Work with the Sales team in developing, revising & implementing various sales and service strategies aimed at ensuring continuous growth. This includes understanding the performance of the all sales channels and Customer Support, and recommending initiatives to optimize the performance.
Sales Admin & Analytics:
Drive proactive analysis for the Sales teams delivering insight that assists them in developing and executing a range of strategies designed to contribute to the achievement of the overall business goals. Examples of such analysis include:
Identification of growth opportunities
Sales performance and trend
ROI on key initiatives
Implement effective incentives structure and payments for sales team
Sales planning and budgeting - setting sales targets, work with Finance to validate and support all revenue forecasts and budget setting activities
Provide support to the New Sales team in reviewing pricing/packaging strategy including determining pricing for irregular deals as required (while striving to maintain maximum profit margin)
Distribution & management of regular sales performance & compliance reports including interpretation of reports (trends/issues) and areas for suggested improvements
Account Setup / Activation, Account allocation, create business rules for Sales teams and Credit Management
Conduct customer experience and research
Lead Generation:
Finding new opportunities
Identify newsprint leads according to defined business rules and proactively allocate them out to the sales people with reference to workloads and expected minimum lead targets
Lead and manage a range of activities amongst the lead generation team which includes:
Reviewing newspaper and competitors sites
Enter leads in SIS (Sales Information System)
SME Gateway
Sales call list
Product Training
Product launches (with a sales & CS process focus) - go to market plans
Sales force training
People & Relationship Management
Demonstrate high quality leadership and ability to coach, mentor, and train team members to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency to achieve sales targets
Recruitment, retention and motivation of sales staff
Conduct performance reviews with direct reports
Develop and maintain close working relationships with other Functional Managers
Ensure that team members demonstrate the JobsDB Values at all times while performing
Develop strong internal co-ordination and collaboration amongst team to ensure maximum performance and objectives are achieved

Relevant Experience & Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/Marketing or equivalent
At least 8 years of sales operations management and leadership experience
Proven and sound analytical capabilities
Strategic thinker, resourceful and innovation
Solid understanding of managing in a values based environment
Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, strong in organization and creating team work, good facilitator
Strong passion for coaching and mentoring staff
