KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle ECOs (regarding document change or engineering change) originated in Agile system, and follow up the approval/release process
2. Handle hardcopy document release control
3. Communicate with ECO originators (domestic and overseas') to ensure the ECOs are compliance to requirements
4. Provide Agile consultation & training
5. Participate QMS continuous improvement activities
6. Coordinate some administrative works in the department

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Junior college graduate or above
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Document Control or Quality Management System
3. Familiar with document control concept and approach
4. Fluent English and Chinese
5. Good communication skills
6. Certified ISO9001 / TL9000 internal auditor is preferred
7. Agile system experience is a plus
