MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Sourcing from multiple media, websites, trade shows (Canton Fair, CIHS, etc.) for new suppliers / new products in Northern China.
2) Organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications and cost to assist decision makers (Product Development Merchants).
3) Provide coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents collection: SSK,SBA,RTV,NDA, Financial and Legal certifications, etc.
4) Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, FCQA and factory visit reports.
5) Maintain existing supplier information, including: contact list, signed SBA, RTV,NDA, Financial and Legal certification, company profile, product photo recap, etc.
6) File and correctly group new catalogues.
7) Assist in the arrangement of trip itineraries and the arrangement of accommodations including hotel booking and transportation.
8) Daily communication with Import Ops. Manager, IPR for projects follow up
9) Coordinate with SQE team, package, logistic department for key project development
10) Prepare agenda for key project conference call and write meeting minutes
11) Coach new suppliers on boarding process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS or above in Business Management or related field with 3-5 years of working experience preferred;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1) Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2) Sound PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a must
3) Prior sourcing experience is preferred
4) Knowledge of importing and exporting good is preferred
5) Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, good in oral and written in English and Mandarin, willing to take frequent travel (~40%) around China and work with suppliers
6) Detail oriented, eager to learn, flexible
