Supplier quality management, product quality control and supplier continuous improvement

Main Responsibilities:
1. Be the quality focal point for supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of sourcing products, work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.

2. Work closely with Inspection Team on supplier surveillance audit (product / manufacturing process / quality system) and process capability analysis / improvement for suppliers and their sub-tier suppliers through quality tools to drive supplier's continuous improvement.

3. Follow up non-conforming from the inspection / audit and identify / drive root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action implementation.

4. Provide technical guidance and monitor suppliers toward assuring product / process compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

5. Tracking, managing and reporting for the assigned projects / programs.

6. Work closely with ATL QA to manage service providers to ensure compliance to relevant requirements from Standard Operating Procedures and SA.

7. Work closely with Inspection, Engineering and Sourcing team to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may effect quality and delivery requirements.

8. Work closely with Sourcing team on the new product launch and the development of potential suppliers to meet THD requirements.


Job Requirements:
1. BS Technical Degree or above

2. 5+ years working experience in supplier quality field, familiar with statistical quality control tools, such as FMEA, gage R&R, SPC etc.

3. ISO9001 auditor certified or trained is preferred.

4. GB or BB certified is preferred.

5. Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional & global team environment.

6. Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English and Mandarin, willing to take frequent travel and work with suppliers
