职位描述：
Job responsibility
1. Coordinate with purchaser department and forwarder for shipping
2. Place order to suppliers and follow up.
3. Prepare Booking to forwarders and follow up, prepare necessary shipping documents
4. Update delivery report
5. Update daily reports as such finance report, management report and other report involved in office operation
6. Other tasks assigned by company

Position Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years experiences in related position.
2. Effective communication skills
3. Good Microsoft word and excel skills.
4. Good verbal and written English skills
5. Mature and positive personality, excellent interpersonal skill, good team spirit.
6. Detail-oriented and careful mindset
7. Daily issues management. Finish other tasks and prioritize daily issues. 举报 分享
