职位描述：

Responsibilities:

-Do Factory layout, Line layout, Time study and Line balancing

-Budget, plan, and buyoff Equipment & Jig with Supplier

-Review mechanical drawing and sample with supplier

-Prepare Production, Shipping, Long lead Time material plan

-Do physical part cycle count at supplier site

-Monitor supplier's production progress

-Monitor supplier's operator turnover rate

-Review supplier product process flow and SOP

-Support 8D actions

Requirements:

-Major in Mechanical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering

-At least 3-5 years of experience working in manufacturing; preferably in Electronics manufacturing

-Be good at written and spoken English & Mandarin

-Be good at Microsoft Office; especially MS Excel

-Be familiar with Minitab

-Have IE background

-Have backend assembling engineering background

-Can create BOM and have capability for drawing review

-Good team player

-Experience in E-cigarette experience is a plus

-Experience with multi-national customers preferred

-Based at Shenzhen
