Job Description
- Be responsible for new supplier selection, development and implementation for smartphone and TV mechanical components and mould.
- Be responsible for new project price negotiation, based on the cost, quality and delivery to define the best supplier, and sustain the relationship between VESTEL and supplier;
- Be responsible for project BOM cost analysis, make plan for cost down action.
- Work cross-functional with MD team, SQA team, logistics team and HQ purchasing team to drive project run smoothly from prototype build through to DVT, PVT and mass production
- Be responsible for new material, new process, new technology sourcing activity
Qualitification
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related 1+years working experience
- Understand manufacturing of Plastic and Metal processes of smartphone or TV, this includes but not limited to such processes as stamping, CNC milling, diecasting, injection moulding, painting, anodizing and assembly
- Good spoken and written English is a must
- Be able to travel to supplier's plants, inside and outside China
- Additional experience with mould design is a plus
- Additional experience with smartphone or TV manufacturing like PE/PM, EM or QA is a plus 举报 分享
