Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Procurement status Report;
- Contractual liabilities Report for HQ Legal/Insurance Department;
- FCPA report for Compliance Department;
- Keep the MoM during the meeting with the vendors.
- Miscellaneous Statistical Reports.
Vendor Pre-qualification:
- Follow the pre-qualification process of COMPANY vendors;
- Keep updated the pre-qualification report;
Document Control
- Filing the Tenders' documentation for possible future CNOOC/ COMPANY audit
- Maintain the Department soft file under share drive such as Contract No list, Miscellaneous Report etc.
- Assist auditors with the required documentation during the audits;
- Communicate with the Project Document Controllers on the Letter exchange between COMPANY and the vendors;
Procurement System (GP System)
- Support the Contract Engineers to fill in all the Contractual data in the GP system and obtain the due approvals;
Purchase Orders
- Support the HR and the Office Manager to place the Service or Material Order to run the daily business;
- Support the Contract Engineers for PO/Service Order for Project material mainly on the Drilling activity);
Department Assistant
- Support the Project Service Manager and the two Department Heads in the daily business

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:
The C&P Department Coordinator must have completed a tertiary qualification, preferably in sciences, engineering or business administration.
Worked in similar environment within Oil&Gas Industry with minimum of two-three (3) years' experience.

Required Competencies/Skills:
The C&P Department Coordinator shall be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised with flexibility to work extended hours as may be required.
