职位描述
Job Duties:
1.Developing, communicating, and implementing the corporate quality initiatives, systems, and procedures. Driving corporate quality improvement and contribute to the development of quality systems and plans;
2.Direct the management on Quality Assurance activities, leading the departments of quality system management, supplier quality management, project quality management and customer service;
3.Provide direct communication and feedback to customers on quality issues, plans, and performances. Collect feedback from customer on quality level of company's deliverables;
4.Work with other department heads to create industry leading quality and reliability performance measures for Cellon, with their customers;
5.Define quality standards and quality performance indicators for the company;
6.Lead the quality team to liaise with customers and vendors on quality and after sales agreement.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or higher, preferable with engineering background;
2.Extensive experience of quality management in high technology, preferable to have experience in mobile phone or consumer electronic engineering;
3.Thorough understanding of essentials of change management, with proven accomplishments in the area of quality performance improvement;
4.At least 7 years management experience at departmental level and 3 year experience at corporate level;
5.Extensive experience in implementing quality program such as Six Sigma or CMM;
6.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
