职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead the R&D mechanical design team to develop power supply for mobile and portable products;
2. Develop and maintain technical management system for R&D;
3. Interface with project management team on product development and product transfer from R&D to production.
4. Provide technical support to sales and customers.
Requirements
1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines, postgraduate will be a plus
2. Good English/Chinese verbal and written communication capability.
3. More than 7 years of working experience in switched mode power supply design with at least 2 years in technical management position.
4. Able manage and lead a team of highly skilled technical personnel.
5. Understand power supply business in general including knowledge of costs, manufacturing process, quality and documentation system;
6. Excellent knowledge and concept in power supply design;
7. Possess knowledge in mechanical components of power supply including manufacturing process of the mechanical components.
8. Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal & communication skills. 举报 分享
