岗位职责：
Mission :
Support 3DS business growth by planifying & executing the real estate strategy and activities at company or GEO level.

Role Description :
Develop and implement a global real estate strategy, standards, process and procedures to support business growth.
Drive all real estate negotiations, including new leases, extensions, renewals, options, terminations, sales and purchase initiatives.
Partner with corporate and business unit leaders to establish short and long-range plans for strategic location investments and transactions.
Develop financial models to support management decision-making on potential real estate transactions
Manage the relationship with the landlords and external real estate service providers to ensure compliance with agreements, adherence to policies and standards, and maximization of cost savings opportunities.
Incorporate sustainability initiatives as part of real estate strategy.
Manage lease administration supported by an external vendor, including maintaining a global property database to track critical lease terms and assist with monthly lease and operating expense payments.
Develop key performance indicators and analytical tools that effectively measure the state of operations of each of the facilities, and produce quarterly operating reports for business leadership review.
Develop and implements comprehensive planning solutions to maximize return on real estate investments.
Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines as it relates to Global Real Estate.
Ensure proper Facitilities management .

Years of Work Experience : 8 to 10 years

Engineer with Financial, & Purchasing experience
