POSITION: Receptionist
REPORTS TO:Office Manager
JOB LOCATION: Shanghai

Purpose:
To establish and define functional and operational responsibilities of the Receptionist. The employee’s job performance shall be measured, in part, against the degree of conformance to the responsibilities established by this job description and the effective accomplishment of those responsibilities.

Functional Responsibilities:
? Assist on all admin works, including: phone call screening, air-tickets booking and purchasing, hotel booking, car booking, cleaner, courier, magazines/newspaper subscription, contacts updating, office property management, equipment maintenance, corporate image things, mailing and documents distribution to relevant personnel
? Deal with stationary requests, contact vendors for booking and purchasing, and be responsible for stationary distribution.
? Assist office administrator update hotel agreements and keep the office environment nice and tidy.
? Assist on filing and documentation, such as expenses, payment, and office maintenance and office facilities
? Co-ordinate with various admin suppliers, such as to collect, check and process payment, keep records of all payments,
? Other tasks assigned.

Essential Requirements:
? College graduate
? Good English skills both in written and oral
? Open-minded, service-minded, initiative
? Good teamwork
