Job Responsibilities ? Individually support to customer in resolving issues/problems to help them maximize the performance and use of ASML products. And initial next year SLA/service proposal for sustain support
? Regularly report progress/update/help need to manager level to ensure smooth operation in Dalian
? Leading and initial project related support, and define support proposal/structure. Monitor and leading project progress.
? Regularly report to customer and internally to ensure progress of project.
? Improve personal efficiecny and quality to meet group KPI target.
? Meet with customers and internal organization to maintain effective communication with commitment to keep all involved and affected parties informed of progress.

Job Requirements ?
? Long term fixed location in Dalian with personal and family willing and capability.
? Minimum a BS University degree in electronics, engineering, physics, optics, or any related fields.
? Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor fab or 5 years related working experience for semiconductor equipment vendor; minimum 2 years working experience in lithographic process.
? Independent customer managerment experience.
? Able to communicate with customer and able to read, write, fluently communicate in English
? Can work under pressure ( for instance, OT in urgent case, high level customer manager complain)
? Self-motivation and can motivate others.
? Had people managerment or project leading experience is plus.
