职位描述：
工作职责：
People Management
(i) Allocate and balance work across direct reports;
(ii) Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports;
(iii) Mentor, develop and motivate them;
(iv) Help resolve people/functional issues in the team;
(v) Submit manpower application and interview the candidates;
Procedure & Policy
Monitor the policy execution to ensure the procedures and policies in line with corporate standards
Budgeting
Check the purchasing expenses material to control cost.
Production Management
(i) Coach die technician on the die daily maintenance;
(ii) Resolve the difficulty on die maintenance;
(iii) Arrange technician to prepare the die according to the production order, to ensure the smooth production.
Die Maintenance
(i) Set the die maintenance plan and monitor it execution;
(ii) Monitor the die maintenance record;
(iii) Monitor the spare part stock and check the PR of spare part;
(iv) Provide training to technician on working instruction and other requirements
Engineering
(i)Assist engineer on die improvement to ensure the effectiveness of production improvement actions.
职位要求：
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
Diploma and above degree in Manufacturing or engineering discipline.
10 years stamping experience including 8 years die maintenance experience.
Professional in terminal products and die maintenance, and spare part management.
Have demonstrated the ability to establish and execute die maintenance plan.
Strong people management ability.
