职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Set strategy for DRAM/Flash business development in China.
2. Daily communication & negotiation with vendor's product team on pricing and allocation.
3. Set daily sales direction to sales team.
4. Vendor relationship management, including vendor's product team, regional sales team, technology team, marketing team, and services team.
5. Initiate product promotion and customer incentive programs to increase profitable selling.
6. Keep effective communication and discussion with AP Product team.
7. Set product development strategy for sales team at individual locations. Help regional customer base expansion and local selling via customer visiting, special support, promotion program, and cooperation with vendor regional sales.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer or related disciplines.
2. At least 4 years Sales/Product Management experience in flash/DRAM and/or memory business.
3. Understand and familiar with DRAM/Flash business.
3. Understand and familiar with industry System Integrators and customers.
4. Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated and able to work under high work pressure.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
6. A good team player;
7. Good command of English both oral and written
8. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
