Descriptions of Key
Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Sales Support
1. Follow up enquiries from sales or sales' customer and make quotations according to
company's policy.
2. Following sales manager's instruction, make telecom sales call as per the customer list
provided by company and record every call's status, finding out potential customer and keep
following with the assigned sales.
3. Build up good communication and working relationship with sales, providing inside support
on paper work during the absence of sales.
Sourcing Support
4. To follow up the clients enquiries on sourcing and trading business
5. To support the development of the region by doing research/analysis on the trading and
sourcing business
6. Collect the information of customs regulations in China, prepare the documents/applications
and ensure the customs regulations for importer and exporter are in good order
7. To support the Manager to prepare the ad-hoc presentations/marketing materials whenever
required
8. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs
