职位描述：
Please know that this job is a 8-month temp.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire planning process for the assigned product categories and factory(s) to ensure that products are delivered according to (or exceeding) customer expectations and with the best possible LO and factory performance.
2. Continuously work with suppliers to enhance key performance indicators for all assigned product categories factory(s).
3. Well manager factory's production capacity, best balance customer requests and factory constraints by managing expectation from both sides to ensure a higher success rate.
4. Closely monitor factory's production and shipping status and work with related parties to plan out preventive measures to make sure achieving the best delivery performance.
5. Make sure PO data is well and timely maintained in systems for assigned factories.
6. Keep coaching suppliers and strengthening relationship with suppliers to strictly follow up A&G policies.
7. Play as a super user for some specific planning areas such as Labelling & Packing, Shipping Instruction, Shorten Lead-time, etc by providing problem solving or timely supporting when needed by the factories or team internally.


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

1. Master all necessary systems which support Planning and Deliveries.
2. Supply chain planning skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
2. Have good understanding on supply chain/logistics/international trading rules.
3. 3~5 years' experience in Sourcing/Planning is mandatory.
4. Knowledge of Accessories & Gear products is recommended.
5. Handling efficiently PC software is mandatory.
