• 职位性质：全职

Responsibilities:
· Carry out IT Strategies, policies, infrastructures and application projects implementation
· Prepare system and requirement specification; maintenance, support procedure; and regular operations reports
· Carry out daily computer operation, system administration, system backup, preventive maintenance and provide technical support on PC, servers, network, backend systems and general office application
· Coordinate and collaborate with key business users to analyze information needs to develop, implement and support corporate IT solutions.
· Translate business requirements into easily understood reporting/analytical requirements
· Assist in research and evaluation on the IT environment, and recommend any new technologies to be adopted.
· On-call basis emergency support after office hours and occasional travel are required

Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field;
· 2 years or above experience in IT end user / technical support, previous exposure in shipping / logistics industry is a definite advantage;
· Proficient in computer applications including MS office/ Access
· Experience in Exchange server & Symantec Endpoint Protection is preferable;
· Knowledge of web application and relational databases;
· Good lateral thinking and diagnostic skills;
· Good interpersonal skills;
· Good English
