职位描述：
Supply Chain Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Release and confirm PO with vendors, work with Supply Chain Specialist for solution to PO collaboration issues.
- Manage product flowing data in the Global Trade Management system for timely visibility; Maintain reporting base upon requirements
- Manage production scheduling to ensure delivery dates are met according to PO requirements; work with Supply Chain Specialist and vendor, report any production scheduling change to Supply Chain Specialist, recommend proper solutions where necessary
- Coordinate with Quality Team, Supply Chain Specialist and vendor for inspection scheduling, follow up with vendor in Corrective Action Execution, report to Sourcing manager for any failed inspection for further instruction
- Coordinate with vendor and logistics team to ensure delivery and booking is executed timely and accurately
- Collect documents from vendors as required to trade compliance and import requirements, and follow up associated documentation issues
- Deliver timely and accurate reports due to various requirements.
- Manage vendor’s performance with Supply Chain Specialist to maintain service level to fulfill purchase orders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, English or related field.
- Ability to stay focused within hectic, sometimes stressful environment. Ability to change assignments on short notice.
- Possess a high level of integrity and initiative. Be sensitive for confidentiality.
- Ability to get things done through others; a good team player
- Pleasant personality and good service attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form in Mandarin and English. 举报 分享
