职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Provide creative solution and efficiency solve problem in Mechanical.
Evaluate mechanical and mechatronics systems for products designing, and Leading or supporting research programs.
Develop and design plastic / metal parts for new products, part / material selection and verification, bring it to approval for mass production.
Support tool maker in optimizing the parts.
Perform test / evaluation to ensure compliance to product specification and initiate design changes when necessary.
Lead mechanical design team to make sure the project can meet project requirements, such as quality, cost and lead time.
Work together with purchasing team, production team, engineering team through the whole life cycle of the product.
Requirements:
University graduates with 5+ years experience in mechanical engineering and product development.
Proficiency in Pro-E and AutoCAD, Good English communication is a plus.
Practical experience in product design, experiences with precision plastic, sheet metal and rubber parts are required.
Solid industrial product design experience is an asset.
Good communication, self-management and computer skill.
Motivated, hard working, responsible, independent and with good team spirit.
