职位描述：
Skip Hop is a modern, growing lifestyle brand for infants and parents, with worldwide reach and offices in New York, Shenzhen and London.


Responsibility:
1. Work closely in Product Development team in US office and Communicates design specs and instructions requirements with factories.
2. Tracking & monitoring projects production status, Troubleshoots production issues at factory
3. Supports Design and Development teams to chase and track development and approval samples.
4. Supports Development team in US to follow required production milestones.
5. Follows and confirm all (i.e. packing and labeling details, carton markings, testing requirements etc.).
6. Communicates and helps enforce Skip Hop SOPs as per the Supplier Manual.
7. Manages the office’s library of materials and samples.
8. Supports QC team to approve ongoing production materials and running changes.
9. Manages dual-sourcing exercises for existing products, from initial contact through final production approvals.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. At least 5-10 years’ experience in merchandising with diaper bags/fashion Bags or Soft Toys, MNC experience is preferred
3. Familiar with BOM structure and cost analysis
4. Good communication skills as well as advanced interpersonal skills with good teamwork spirit.
5. Analytical and problem solving
6. Time management.
7. Fluent English and Chinese
