职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for formulate the company's overseas brand strategy and sales strategy.
2, responsible for the formation and management of the company's overseas sales team, develop sales management system, standardize the sales process.
3, responsible for the formulation of annual sales target and decomposition plan, responsible for the implementation of the sales plan and the completion of the assessment.
4, responsible for the company overseas market channel expansion and sales network construction, is responsible for the company customer resources development and management.
5, responsible for overseas market related technical information collection and analysis, to assist the general manager of overseas product planning.
6 、 coordinate the company's finance, planning, purchasing, technology and other departments to establish a complete process of overseas supply.
7, other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job requirements:
1 、 international trade, marketing related major, bachelor degree or above;
2 、 more than 8 years overseas sales or marketing experience in consumer electronics products, more than 5 years team management experience;
3, familiar with the traditional market promotion system, but also the Internet new media marketing practical experience
4, excellent management and communication skills, strong sense of professionalism and sense of responsibility;
5 fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), overseas study and working background is preferred, local area is preferred to foreigners working in Shanghai.
