Creative Services Project Management, APAC – Intern

The APAC Creative Services Project Management Intern will be responsible to help the project management team manage projects, timelines, external vendors and resources for all workplace services projects. They will also be responsible for managing small to medium size projects. They will work collaboratively with internal creative services teams and cross-functional teams to ensure facilities strategies and deliverables are executed seamlessly. Creative services projects range in size and across various business unit requirements. 
 
What You Will Do
 
? Provide support to Project Management team
? Prepare written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines related to project file maintenance and document control
? Manage and produce team calendars, schedules and prioritization list
? Report project status to creative services team leader & stake holders
 
 
Skills We’re Stoked About
 
? Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management and/or Business Management
? Be solution oriented
? Knowledge of project management tools and best practices
? CET-4
? Must be passionate about your work, working with your team and have a positive attitude

Time: July, 2017 – August, 2017, 3-5 days per week, 2-6 months
