职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY
- Organise corporate events, such as cocktails, seminars & etc.
- Organise service line events/activities for individual projects, such as signing ceremony, exhibition, tradeshow & etc.
- Organise press conference for the launch of research reports
- Assist with the business development related marketing campaign
- Liaise with regional offices to collect required information for internal/external marketing
- Manage the development of all marketing collateral
- Manage the ordering & printing of marketing collateral
- Monitor the consistency for all marketing materials
- Maintain Knight Frank’s branding guidelines and apply these to various marketing materials; monitor the consistency for all marketing materials
- Set up library for executives’ CVs, update CVs from time to time
- Manage the External Mass Messaging system (Knight Frank’s in-house system) for mass mailing to targeted contacts, including campaign creation and user group management; communicate with Hong Kong marketing department and keep abreast of the system update
- Track and analyse digital marketing platform results and provide a report on a monthly basis
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as per direct superior or senior management’s request



QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a closely related degree preferred
- 3-4 years’ experience in event strategy & planning, marketing and communications with an international brand
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Proven problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Detail orientated and highly organised
- Strong interpersonal skills and good teamwork
- Strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer literacy (Photoshop and design software an advantage) 举报 分享
