Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
- Provide pre-sales technical support including test cut, time study, turnkey project proposals, etc. 提供售前技术支持，包括试切、节拍计算、交钥匙方案等；
- Provide after-sales technical support including turnkey, work piece cutting, FAP, etc. 提供售后技术支持，比如交钥匙项目、工件切割、最终验收；
- Provide customers and internal employees with high quality training in NC programming, Setup and Machine operation at customer’s site or in-house. 在客户现场或公司内部对客户及内部员工进行高质量的数控编程、系统及机械操作等培训；
- Provide technical support for customers at customer site or through telephone. 通过电话或者现场支持，为客户提供技术支持；
- Carry out machine pre-acceptance and final acceptance both in-house & on-site. 在公司内部及客户现场执行机床预验收及最终验收；
- Support on showroom management if needed. 需要时支持展厅管理；
- Attend company activities such as exhibitions, open house and seminars to install software and demonstrate different applications of machine. 参加展会、开放日、研讨会等公司活动，安装软件并演示机床的各类应用功能；
- Other jobs assigned by the supervisor. 上级安排的其他工作。
Requirement / 任职要求:
- College degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related. 大专毕业，主修机械工程、电气工程等相关专业；
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in machine tools industry. 至少3年机床行业工作经验；
- Familiar with automation project layout, project solution proposal 熟悉自动化项目布局，以及自动化项目解决方案
- Familiar with FANUC, Siemens or Heidenhain CNC control system. 熟悉FANUC，西门子或海德汉控制系统；
- Knowledge of tooling, cutters, and tool holder system. 拥有工具，刀具和刀柄系统知识；
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing process of mechanical parts and Die & Mold is preferred. 熟知零部件制造工艺或模具工艺优先；
- Good problem-solving ability and communication skills. 良好的问题解决及交流能力；
- Good spoken and written English.良好的英文口语及书写能力；
- Spirit of team work, willing to travel and undertake strong pressure. 具有团队合作精神，愿意出差并能承受高压。
