职位描述：
This position is for US Citizen and Green Card holder ONLY.
 
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the IT policies, procedures and standards which comply with the regulatory requirements, chosen industrial standards and best practices.
· Manage the communications, findings and responses with external/internal auditors and IT teams
· Develop compliance organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and directions? establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
· Provide management consultancy to SVP – Information Technology for the strategies of IT Governance and administration in the department Protect IT assets by establishing compliance standards and information security program? anticipating emerging compliance trends? designing improvements to internal control structure.
· Direct the quality management and assurance of IT processes and products which comply with the IT policies and align with business objectives.
 
Qualification:
· College degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology related curriculum a minimum.
· Work Experience: 4 years in IT operations, audit, security controls, policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Certification: Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSA and ITIL is a plus
· Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner? develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
· Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism? treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position
· Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures
· Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures? reports potentially unsafe conditions? uses equipment and materials properly
· Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written
· Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time.
· May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need
· Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including email,
· word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation.
· Good knowledge of gaming, hospitality and Back of House solutions.
· Strong communication skills, fluent level of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing is mandatory.
· Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken).
