职位描述：
Title: Learning Manager GCN and JPN
Location：Shanghai Changning with shuttle bus between rail way and company
Coverage: Regional (China/Japan)
Report to: Head of SMD (Senior Management Development) Asia



Responsibility:

Implement Internal Capability Building Curriculum
1. Lead and particpate in selected global initiatives and support/ensure program design and roll-out
2. Promote defined regional training curriculum in GCN and JPN
3. Implement trainings from defined global and Asian portfolio following SMD strategy in the region
4. Train peers and line managers and deliver training programs, e.g. frontline leadership trainings
5. Implement learning map for local employees by embedding these into overall global strategy and by following global and regional learning policy

Deliver Change Management Activities
1. Deliver change management workshops in defined Countries (e.g. MB&C diagnostics, Change Mgmt Trainings)
2. Consult and support local business units in the change process (i.e. organizational changes)

Implement learning initiatives in GCN and JPN
1. Translate requirements from talent management into learning acitivities (needs analysis, translate into internal & external trainings)
2. Manage interface to local HR consultants to translate development needs from PM into development initiatives
3. Ensure/monitor training administration and reporting
4. Organize roll-out of Academy Programs

Requirements:
1. Academic Education in Business Economics or Psychology
2. 6-8 years of experience in relevant area (e.g. HR), min. 3 years in organizational development & learning;
3. Strong competency as training facilitator and change management experience in an international environment
4. Thorough knowledge and experience in managing projects and designing processes
5. Experience in program development with training institutes, consulting firms etc. 举报 分享
